We aren't saying that this Cupid's Kiss Punch will bring you love, but it will bring you happiness, if drinking a fizzy pink cocktail with a scoop of ice cream floating in it makes you happy!  Strawberries are puréed then mixed with vodka and V8 +Energy® Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi.  Dollop some ice cream on top (we like vanilla or strawberry) and you're done.  Cupid's Kiss Punch brings you from zero to party in 5 minutes- so everyone can enjoy something pink and pretty!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 cans (11.5 ounces each) V8 +Energy® Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi, chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka, chilled
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream or strawberry ice cream (about 4 cups)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place the strawberries and water into a blender.  Cover and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher or punch bowl.  Stir in the V8 and vodka.  Top with the scoops of ice cream before serving.
