The secret to these full-bodied, great tasting potatoes is that they're cooked in chicken broth with fresh minced garlic. They're easy to prepare and simply delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Organic 100% Natural Chicken Broth or Natural Goodness Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 pounds potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 6 cups)

Step 1
Heat the broth, garlic and potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Do not drain.
