Ingredients
- 1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 dash lemon pepper seasoning
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread

- Make it a melt! Reduce the bread to 4 slices. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices and top with the cheese. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
