Well, is there something comforting about knowing you can pull 6 ingredients from your pantry, stir them in a baking dish and have it come out a dinner that your family will be excited to eat? We think so. And, of course, it tastes amazing. You can't argue with turkey, stuffing and broccoli baked with cheese and creamy condensed cream of mushroom soup into a one-dish casserole that brings all of your holiday favorite flavors together. You can make it with your holiday leftovers, or swap out chicken for the turkey and switch up the stuffing (try cornbread stuffing!) and make it anytime! Turkey and Stuffing Casserole always makes it a delicious dinner!
Step 1
Heat the oven to 400°F. While the oven is heating, spray a 2-quart casserole with vegetable cooking spray.
Step 2
Stir the soup and milk in a large bowl. Add the broccoli, turkey, stuffing and half the cheese and mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the turkey mixture into the casserole.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes or until the turkey mixture is hot and the broccoli is tender-crisp. Top with the remaining cheese (the heat from the turkey mixture will melt it) and serve hot.
