This Spicy Vodka Pizza reimagines the classic pepperoni pizza by swapping traditional tomato sauce for our creamy Spicy Vodka Sauce that elevates every single bite. Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground yellow cornmeal
  • 1 package (28 ounces) pizza crust dough, thawed
  • 1 cup Prego® Spicy Vodka Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 450°F.  While the oven is heating, sprinkle the cornmeal on a rimmed baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Roll or press the dough to fit the baking sheet.  Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1/2 inch of the edge.  Sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce.  Top with the pepperoni.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 18 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.  Sprinkle with the basil before serving.
