Ingredients

  • 3 ounces coarsely chopped prosciutto (about 6 slices)
  • 2  packages (9 ounces each) refrigerated cheese ravioli or spinach and cheese ravioli 
  • 1 jar (23.75 ounces) Prego® Creamy Tomato with Ricotta Sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon julienned fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.  While the ravioli are cooking, heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.  Add the proscuitto and cook until browned and crisp.  Drain the proscuitto on paper towels.

  • Step 2

    Stir the sauce and peas in the skillet.  Add the cooked ravioli and half the proscuitto and toss to coat.  Serve sprinkled with the remaining proscuitto and shaved Parmesan, cracked black pepper and fresh basil, if desired.
