We love this Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo recipe. It's easy to make with ingredients you probably already have on hand. It's delicious. It's dinner in one bowl: chicken, vegetables and pasta. What makes this Alfredo recipe different from the rest? The roasted garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce! Alfredo pasta dishes are a perennial favorite for a reason, and a perfect pairing of comfort foods: pasta and rich, creamy cheesy sauce. But the subtle caramelized flavor of roasted garlic makes this version so much better. Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo only takes 35 minutes to make, so try it- we think you'll love it too!
Step 1
Cook and drain the fettuccine according to the package directions. While the fettuccine is cooking, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and done. Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover and keep warm.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to coat. Season to taste.
