Whipped Feta Dip with Salsa & Honey is an easy no-cook dip that you can throw together in 15 minutes!  We love how well the salty, tangy whipped feta pairs with Southwestern flavors like spicy salsa, lime zest (or lemon!) and cilantro.  Just whip the feta with some plain Greek yogurt and a bit of olive oil until creamy.  Spread on a serving plate and layer with Pace® Chunky Salsa (we like medium for a little heat but mild is great, too) a drizzle of honey, freshly grated lemon or lime zest and chopped cilantro.  It's the low-effort, high-payoff dip you've been waiting for!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces block feta cheese (the block will blend better than pre-crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon or lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 bag (about 11 ounces) tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Tips

    • You can also use your favorite vegetables as dippers!
  • Step 1

Crumble the cheese into a food processor.  Add the yogurt and oil.  Cover and process for 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.  Spread the cheese mixture on the bottom of a serving plate.

  • Step 2

Spoon the salsa over the cheese mixture.  Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the lemon zest and cilantro.  Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
