Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.

Stir in the picante sauce, brown sugar and vinegar and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fork-tender.

Remove the chicken to a cutting board. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Divide the chicken mixture among the buns.
