Served hot from the oven, this bean dip is sure to be a hit...made with Cheddar cheese soup, picante sauce and black beans, it's a favorite at casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 3 medium green onion, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Serving Suggestion: You can serve this versatile dip right from the casserole with assorted Pepperidge Farm® crackers or tortilla chips.  Or, hollow out a round loaf of crusty bread and spoon in the baked dip mixture.  Cut the bread from the center of the loaf into cubes and serve it on the side for dipping.
  • Step 1

Heat the oven to 350°F.  While the oven is heating, stir the soup, picante sauce, cilantro, green onions and beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

  • Step 2

Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
