Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce

Step 1
Heat half the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the beef from the skillet. Pour off any fat.

Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 3
Stir the picante sauce in the skillet. Return the beef to the skillet. Cook the beef for 2 minutes for medium or until desired doneness.
