Ingredient serendipity happens sometimes, like with these Hot Honey Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbreads. Who knew that sweet and spicy hot honey sauce could transform on-hand staples like naan and rotisserie chicken into delicious little flatbread pizzas? Just spread Pace® Hot Honey Chipotle Sauce on the naan and top with shredded chicken, Cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon and blue cheese. Bake, then drizzle with more Hot Honey Chipotle Sauce (you're going to want to do that). They taste fantastic and take just 20 minutes to make—a weeknight dinner dilemma solved!

Ingredients

  • 4 naan (two 8.8-ounce packages)
  • 1/2 cup Pace® Signature Sauces Hot Honey Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 400°F.  Arrange naan on 2 baking sheets.  Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each naan.  Layer each with 1/4 cup chicken, 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon each bacon, green onions and blue cheese (if using).

  • Step 2

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.  Drizzle with the additional sauce, if desired.
