It couldn't be easier to make this family-friendly dinner...all you need is 20 minutes, a skillet, and six on-hand ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce or Chunky Mild Salsa
- 8 corn tortilla (6-inch), cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (scallion) (optional)
Instructions

Step 1
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Step 2
Stir the picante sauce, tortillas and half of the cheese in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.

Step 3
Top with the remaining cheese. Serve with the sour cream and green onion, if desired.
